Our lives took very positive turns when yoga came to us: from highly stressful, toxic lives centered around jobs in entertainment and hospitality, to more centered, balanced and peaceful ones. 

A retreat in Sayulita, MX, first opened our eyes to what a yogic lifestyle would look like —and we liked what we saw!

Upon our return to Miami we signed up for a Yoga Teacher Training, with the idea to expand on our knowledge and practice.

Admittedly,  it was a little scary to take up yoga in our mid 40’s. 

However, being no spring chickens, we were very fortunate to find teachers and mentors who showed us that yoga can be practiced (and picked up) at any age or level of fitness.

We are living proof that one can adapt a practice, and tweak it however needed to maximize the benefits. Or more simply put: make yoga work for you regardless of your age or lifestyle.

Now in our late 40’s and early 50’s we are blessed with great health —physical, mental and emotional— and we owe it mostly to lifestyle choices guided by ancient yogic wisdom.  

We feel honored to have received these ancient teachings and to have turned our lives in such positive ways. And this is why we love sharing this knowledge with others!
