Yokasta
Yin, Meditation & Tarot

Hello loves, I’m Yokasta, your spiritual coach and yoga mentor. Growing up in New York City, my journey into spirituality and self-awareness was shaped by a passion for the esoteric arts. Despite success and motherhood, I longed for spiritual fulfillment, which led me to Yoga's ancient wisdom.

In 2017, a transformative yoga retreat in Sayulita, Mexico, reignited my spirit. Yoga became my lifeline, guiding me to profound gratitude and self-discovery. Returning to Miami, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training to deepen my practice and share its gifts. My partner, Adinath, and I continue to study the Bhagavad Gita with our Guru in Uttarkashi, India, unlocking its teachings for a joyful life.

Yoga has transformed my perspective, guiding me through life's challenges and illuminating the path to true fulfillment. My greatest joy is sharing this sacred practice, offering healing, connection, and growth for all who seek it. Join me on this journey of self-discovery and transformation, and let's unlock the power of yoga together.

Adinath
Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Breath Work

Hi there my name is Adinath!

I coach yoga asanas, breathwork, meditation, and philosophy, and how to apply them to our daily lives.

As a 52 year old healthier than in my 30’s, I am proof that everyone can practice yoga regardless of age!

Like many, I started with yoga to deal with health issues. My back had been compromised by an unhealthy life as a working musician.

The late nights, partying, drinking (etc) in my years as a drummer were fun but, my body took a serious beating.

I found myself with excruciating lower back pains, and my spine lost nearly all flexibility —seriously, I couldn’t bend past 25 degrees! Then doctors recommended yoga and that’s how it all began.

I became a certified yoga teacher in 2017, and haven't stopped teaching since. I was 45 then, which means that my practice couldn’t be the same as people in their 20’s….

But the ability to mold the routines to fit your own level, is part of what makes yoga a remarkable form of therapy. That was a turning point for me to discover not only for my own practice.

Making that connection gave me a more compassionate approach for teaching: meeting the student at whatever point of the process they’re in.

Since then I have coached and taught students of all walks of life and ages, proving the universality and inclusive space that yoga is.

My partner Yokasta also became a teacher with me, and the transformation that we’ve witnessed is beyond what I can put into words. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing this endless source of health, joy, and balance.

Yoga is much more than an exercise! It is a complete system that balances every aspect of our lives: body, mind, and spirit, but also our emotions, and the relationships with ourselves and others.

It is also a powerful tool for fostering community, tolerance, respect, etc., and for spreading seeds of personal growth that eventually lifts up the collective.

My greatest inspiration is to help others find their groove, find what works for them and fall in love with yoga the way I did.

Whether you’re starting with yoga or want to expand on your practice, I’ll be happy and honored to guide you on your journey to self-healing and growth.

Together we can be the change that we want to see in the world.
